Nice hotel right in the middle of surfers. We got one of the refurbished rooms, which was nice and modern. Bathroom is a little small but clean and functional. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only issues are the parking - not really enough parking close to the hotel lifts, which makes unloading luggage a bit of a pain, and the slow lifts. You can spend awhile waiting for one to come during peak periods, though one of the lifts was out of order during our stay so it might be better when all the lifts are functioning properly?
