• Immediate Payment: All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking.
• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date.
• Full Payment: For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
• Refundable Bond: An AU300 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure.
• Payment Method: All payments must be made by credit card via our payment gateway Stripe.
• Transaction Fee: A non-refundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments including the bond.
• Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement.
