Lightning Ridge Opal Mines is a family owned and operated retail business, specialising in solid opals and opal jewellery, with a direct focus on opal education. There is a large variety of opal jewellery and unset solid opal on display, ranging in price from $5 to $100,000. Most jewellery pieces are designed in-house and handcrafted by local artisans, and we cut and polish most of our unset opals on premises.
