2 bedrooms (queen & bunk, queen & bunk) Minlacowie can sleep up to 8 guests; quilts & pillows are provided for guests, but guests will need to bring their own linen and towels with them. A portacot is also available.
The bathroom is basic with a shower only (no bath), and there is an outside toilet. There is a reverse cycle split-system air-conditioning in the lounge/dining/kitchen area, and pedestal fans in both bedrooms. A television (with USB port) and DVD player.
A large fridge/freezer, electric stove & microwave, Nespresso capsule machine (guests will need to bring compatible pods), and a Breville machine which takes ground coffee beans.
There is off-street parking with room for up to 3 vehicles and space for a boat. There is outdoor seating, a hooded gas barbecue and a drinks & bait fridge in the utility room.
