The customer service from the staff members was poor as they created non-compulsory assumptions of what the children were participating in, as such I would like to share a circumstance. A impolite Female staff member of such decided to discipline one of my family members in a way that was "Ridiculously stupid." And was not needed at all due to a misunderstanding, that this Female staff member could not comprehend in a form of empathetic understanding of the customer (My child family member) My message to staff/employees at Lego discovery land Chadstone is to: "Do better."

We found, although advertised for 10 and under it was a little young for our 9 & 8 year olds. The ride on entry was good but didn’t last long and then the inside ride and play areas were more suitable for those 6 and under. The place was really small and despite Covid social distancing restrictions we were packed in. They couldn’t access tables to work on anything as the area was busy with lots of young kids with parents. The LEGO creations were amazing but wouldn’t excite kids unless the rest of the place was also amazing. The highlight for us was the 4D movie but overall the kids were very disappointed. And book the creative space as soon as you get in, we missed out. Even if my two were younger I would have been better off spending my money on a play centre.

Not enough to do. Aimed at 5years and under. Our 10 and 8 year olds were ready to leave after 15 mins. Barely any bricks to build with, which Is crazy considering it's lego land.

The experience was great. Ticketing staff at the door, a tall, young man was too abrupt and rude, wish I caught his name. Other than that, enough side attraction to hold the kid's attention. We'll be back

Staff have taken cover rules to a new level and think they are military to the point of treating guests like children with a rude attitude. Not what you need on a nice family day out. Do yourself a favour and take your kids somewhere less expensive, more relaxed and much more fun.

Absolutely horrendous treatment of staff. Poor value of what was expected. The rides are horrible and boring. The staff were amazing and the only thing that was enjoyable. They were kind and fun with my children and my children really loved hanging out with them more than the actual features of the place. I hope that legoland realises that the main reason families come are because of the amazing staff that care for their children and remember each child and family.

Great place to visit on a rainy day. Lot smaller then I thought it would be and at first I didn't think my son could be entertained for long there. But we saw 4 of the 5 4D movies and we build a car and that kept him playing for hours... so all good! Mini city Lego very beautifully made, could do with a duster!

We visited during the school holidays with the kids from Sydney. It was very busy however there was plenty to do. We did one ride each and saw one of the four 4D movies. Plus the kids has a play with the lego making race cars and racing them down the track. Ended up spending around 3.5hrs here.

Enjoyed the morning visiting Legoland Melbourne. Prebooked through Klook for both Legoland and Aquarium which made it cheaper. We drove and parked in Chadstone undercover parking. My son enjoyed the 2 rides and loved playing in the indoor playground. The 4D Lego City was great, you get water misted on you and some bubbles. Spent about 2 hours there.

Although it was a good day out. Legoland was not at all what i expected, the displays were amazing, definitely watch some of the 4D movies, do the ride as you walk in but other then that its pretty substandard, photos are VERY overpriced and not many staff monitoring whats actually going on around the place
