Cape du Couedic light keeper’s cottages are set deep within the Flinders Chase National Park on the south western tip of Kangaroo Island.
It’s a bonus to have the park to yourself when visitors leave at the end of the day. You’ll just have wallabies for company - hopping around at dawn and dusk. A dazzling starlit sky is continuously pierced by the light house beacon.
Each cottage includes a fully functional kitchen, three bedrooms and a parlour. Ensure you bring all the supplies you need for your stay as it’s a remote area with limited options to purchase provisions. Drinking water and bbq facilities are included. Tea and coffee making facilities are included in the roomy fully functional kitchen.
